i bet gon is really embarrassed the first time he tells killua he loves him. he wasn’t planning on saying it and it just kind of spilled out of his mouth unthinkingly and then he turns distressingly red in .6 seconds and looks like he’s about to short-circuit. killua’s eyes get really wide and he starts grinning uncontrollably like “!!!!!!!!!” and his blushing is much more low-key but still definitely there. he takes the opportunity to revel in the pseudo-role change - this time gon is the one flustered and that’s really great holy shit.
